Tuesday, March 28th, 2006At the Novell conference last week I won a ~$500 phone. Awesome. But it only runs on Verizon (I have Cingular) and I like the phone I have just fine. So I’m trying to sell the thing on Craigslist to avoid the ebay tax.
The most amusing request I’ve seen went like this:
“Would you consider trading for windshield repair?”
Thanks but my windshield is fine.
“Well, sure it is now. But you never know.”
Thanks, but I’m really looking to trade for cash.
Sorry for the down time
Tuesday, March 28th, 2006And thanks for the emails. Apparently my web site was hacked or something and it took a while for the host to get me back up.
Salt Lake City again
Tuesday, March 21st, 2006I’m in Salt Lake City again, here all week for the annual Novell Brainshare users’ conference. If there’s a stupider name for a conference, I can’t think of it.
